This light gold Pale Ale has a base of pale ale malts to showcase the tropical fruit aroma of the Mosaic hops. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets.
For a Pale Ale, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract . To boost the tropical fruit aromas, add up to 200g of Australian or New Zealand hopsmlike Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops
