Whirlfloc G (Granular) is a kettle fining agent derived from Eucheuma cottonii. It is negatively charged to attract positively charged proteins, leading to enhanced wort clarity, improved beer filtration, enhanced post filter beer clarity & enhanced colloidal stability.
Unlike some other kettle finings, Whirlfloc G doesn't need to be hydrated prior to adding to the kettle.
Directions:
Add 0.75g per 21-25L Batch in the last 10 to 20 minutes of the boil.
1.5g of Whirlfloc G is the equivalent to 1 tablet of Whirlfloc T (Tablet).
