A Swiss-style lager yeast that, with proper care can be used to produce lagers over 11% ABV. Sulfur and diacetyl production is minimal, but the strain is POF+. Perfect for a phenolic Christmas Lager strain. A good yeast for Bock, Dopplebock, and Pale Lager beer styles.
