This two-row barley malt is the darkest of the Caramunich range, which adds a copper colour, moderately toasty sweet flavour, fullness, and heightened malt aroma. It is recommended to use up to 5% in lighter beers, and up to 20% in darker beers. Often good for oktoberfest, bock, dunkel, red, brown, and amber ale styles.
